PTA Meeting
October 20, 2009

The meeting was called to order by Lisa Schaefer at 5:35 p.m.
Attendance: Malea Bergeson, Mary Dank, Tiffany Erie, Christine Karlgaard, Katie McClellan, Jody Neyssen, Shawn Pitt, Lisa Schaefer, Jason Scherber, Deb Schleper, Dawn Schoborg, Dawna Schoborg, Mary Smith, and Amy Weaver.
Approval of Minutes
It was moved and seconded, to approve the minutes from the October 15, 2009, PTA meeting. The motion carried.
Old Business
Book Fair:
There was $2,000.00 raised for library books.
New Business
Fundraisers:
The final money from Chip Shoppe raised is not yet known. November 18 will be the delivery date. Mary Smith will help write a letter asking if parents would like to donate money directly to the PTA during fundraiser times. Lisa Schaefer will contact Herberger’s about a future community fundraiser.
Family Fun Night
There will be a science night on November 5 from 5:00-7:00. Pizza will be served from 5:00-5:30.
Meeting Minutes:
The monthly PTA minutes will be made available on the school PTA website. Personal information such as last names and money amounts will be deleted before posting.

November 9 at 5:30 p.m.
