Habitat

Wolves live in North America, Northern Europe, and Asia. You will most likely see a wolf in a national park or in a wilderness area. The biggest populations are in Russia, Kazakhsta, Mongolia, China, Alaska, and Canada. Wolves build dens, by digging about 2 feet under the ground. They live in a den and have their cubs there too.

Eating Habits

Wolves hunt in packs which is a group of 12 or more wolves. They hunt deer, goats, and sheep, and will eat a moose. They will often attack old, sick, or young, because they are easier to kill. In the snow, they will hunt in single file. Wolves will hunt 60 miles or more in a day.
