Ambush bugs are unusually shaped.  They are green and brown.  They have legs like a praying mantis.

Habitat

Ambush bugs live in grassy places called grasslands or prairies.  They live in other warm grassy places too.  They eat butterflies, moths and bees.

Interesting facts

Ambush bugs have a weird way of blending in with flowers,their bright colors help them blend in.  The word ambush means attack.  I think they are very talented bugs.
