Habitat Raccoons live in North America. They don't live in deserts or mountain regions. They live in trees with holes in them. Interesting Facts Raccoon babies are called kits. They are usually born in the Spring. Raccoons generally have four or five kits. Most baby raccoons are born in a hollow tree.
