Description

Red foxes are mammals in the dog family. They have pointed ears and long snouts.  They have long fur and long tails.  They have red, white and black fur. 

Habitat

Red foxes pounce on their food.  Red foxes raise their kits in dens.  They live in different kinds of dens. They make sure their dens are by water.

Interesting Facts

Red foxes don't live in Africa, Asia or China.  They eat a lot of food but they mostly eat bats.
