My child, _________________________, has permission to participate in an enrichment activity and "Attend Hogwarts" through a WebQuest activity based on the book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. 

This form is a Learning Contract which states that your child's teacher will provide the technical support and guidance  necessary to complete this WebQuest. 

This form also states that the student is responsible for completing the WebQuest and may find it necessary to work on it both at school and at home.  It is designed to be an ongoing enrichment activity and may take up to several months to complete.  

The student  is responsible for "scheduling" appointments with his/her teacher as necessary for guidance, support, and feedback.

This form informs the parents or guardians of the extension opportunity, the student's responsibilities in completing the activity,  and allows the student's participation through parent/guardian consent.
