Apollo Girls Swim Team Academic State Champions!

Congratulations to the Apollo Girls Swim team who won the Class A Academic State Championship!

Kelsey Lucia sets new school record in the 50 and 100 freestyle. She placed 3rd in the State 100 Free style meet at the U of M Aquatic Center on Saturday, November 22.

The 200 Free Relay team consisting of Kelsey Lucia, Kaela Determan, Rebecca Miller, and Shannon Tschida set a new school record in the event, breaking their previous record which they had set in the Section Tournament.

Registration for Eagle Strength Training Program

Registrations will be taken in the Activities Office for the following programs:

Talon Program: Is sport specific high intensity strength training, designed for your specific activity. Cost $50 for Winter session 12/2-3/6.

Eagle Program: Is designed for those interested in using the Wellness Center to stay in shape and want to avoid the high cost of Health Club fees. Cost $30 for Winter session 12/2-3/6.

MN State High School League Survey

MSHSL "Listen to Students" survey. The Mn. State High School league is asking that 10% of our student/athletes complete this survey. Please click on this link if you're interested in taking the survey. Once you have completed the survey, please inform the activities office.

Apollo Program Evaluation Forms

We would like to hear from you! Please take a few minutes and complete a program evaluation form. Once you have completed the form, please submit it to the Activities Office. Please view student evaluation and parent evaluation.

Youth Hockey Information for Interested Players

The S.K.A.T.E program (Skaters Keep Achieving Through Education) is a program designed to encourage youth hockey players to strive for excellence in the classroom. The program is run through the St. Cloud Youth Hockey Association and is available to all area boys and girls hockey players. Comprehensive After-School Opportunities

AHS offers 29 sports and 29 activities.Our school is a member of the Minnesota State High School League and participates in MSHSL's athletic and fine arts tournaments. AHS activities are Title IX compliant.

Chris McElroy is our Apollo Activities Director. The Activities Office is located in Room 213, next to Attendance Office. Call 253-1600, then press 7 to speak with a staff member or 4 for the Activities Hotline.

Funding Our Activities: The Giving Calendar

Since 2004, AHS has supported activities with a combined fundraiser in September. The fundraiser, which is a $20 raffle ticket, raised about $54,000 for 2006-07 sports and activities. Raffle winners are listed by month below:
