Life's Opportunities and Thank You I always believed to be in a community can give you more and more opportunities than you can imagine. My name is DJene. I have three children, and I love them. My husband and I have lived in the U.S. with our children since 2007. I've been enrolled in ESL classes and Family Literacy since January 2008. I'm very happy to be there. We have great people, and everyone makes everything possible by giving you their best. In Family Literacy, I'm very luck to have
met those people who gave me many opportunities like meeting experienced
people who talked about: I have also had the opportunity to go out to meet others and share my experiences and my knowledge with other people. And McKinley School gave me opportunities to learn English. I just want to thank all of the staff of McKinley School. My special thanks goes to my teacher, Deb, Laurie, and Joe for their support in learning English. Also my special thanks to Lissa and Colette for their continuous support. They continue to give me all that I need. And I thank again and again the Early Childhood staff for their hard work and their patience. Moushapha and Odia have learned their first English words with these nice people and today my children are my teachers at home. Thanks to Nicki and her staff. I want to conclude by saying thank you to all the McKinley School staff. Thanks for all the opportunities offered.
