in our schools.
During the school year, volunteer opportunities
exist in:
• reading and math tutoring
• kindergarten rooms
• media centers
• child care
• art and physical education
• computer rooms
• Community Ed sponsored activities
after school hours
Volunteer requirements:
• a commitment to serve our
youth
• time during the school day
to offer your skills
• a dependability and consistent
personality
Your help will:
• make a difference in the
lives of children
• warm your heart
• make use of your skills
and energy
• allow teachers more teaching
time
• improve school/community
relations
