Boys must have a pair of well fitting plain black shorts. Not too baggy and no stripes or designs. An understated trademark is okay.
Distance Runners 800 - 3200 need:
- A quality pair of well fitting training shoes. Distance spikes are also nice for racing, but not necessary. A good pair of distance spikes should last about 4 seasons.
NOTE: Most track spikes come with a spike wrench and 1/4 in spikes. 1/4 are the standard spike size for the Central Lakes Conference so you do not have to buy spikes separately.
