The mission of District 742 is to prepare all learners, in partnership with their families and the community, to live and contribute within a changing and diverse world. This year, over 9,000 students will come to St. Cloud Area School District 742 school buildings to receive an excellent educational experience. Covering over 250 square miles, the St. Cloud Area School District is both the largest and the oldest school district in Central Minnesota. We can be exceedingly proud that our community continues to value and support education and places a high priority on the development of our youth. Our veteran faculty and the District's well-developed and complete curriculum have helped to boost student achievement in recent years. Our Board of Education and all District employees remain committed to the mission as stated above. It is our privilege to serve the St. Cloud area students. Your help and support is also needed. Parents and the entire community form the attitudes that guide our District and mold our students into healthy, productive adults. We thank you for helping us develop this important partnership. |
