Transferring Large Files to District
742 Staff
Need to get a large file to a District 742 staff member? Use our
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) services. The steps:
- Choosing from the list to the left, click on the appropriate
FTP site.
- You should see a folder. Open the folder.
- Copy-and-paste or drag-and-drop your file into the folder.
- Alert the District 742 staff member that you've sent the file
via FTP.
Limitations
- FTP service on the Macintosh platform requires an FTP client
such as Fetch,
which serves as a helper application for the Internet Explorer
browser.
- We do not have a method for people outside our network to retrieve
files from FTP folders. This is a one-way service.
