It isn't about how many computers you have, where they are located, or who is "Supposed to be teaching what?"  

It's about making sure we are providing real, worthwhile, and engaging learning opportunities that utilize those computers to their fullest potential.  This will enable the learners to help reach THEIR fullest potential.

If we embed technology skills into these tasks, they are assimilated almost effortlessly and become part of the students' permanent repertoire.
